“Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” – John 1:29
As of Sabbath, 11/28/2020 and through the month of December, Chesterland church will be closed due to the spike in COVID-19 cases nationwide. Though we regret having to do this, the church board prayerfully decided it was necessary for the safety and well-being of our church members and guests. The board will reassess the situation at the end of December to determine if any additional suspension of services is necessary. Pastor Wright will continue to stream his message on Facebook every Sabbath at 11 AM and we will resume Sabbath school classes on Zoom starting at 9:00. We ask that you keep those who are suffering from this terrible virus in your prayers. May God continue to watch over our church members and their families and grant healing to all victims of COVID-19.
Please continue to check your email for the weekly bulletin. It is also available on the church website: /home-bb/weekly-bulletin/
HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will not be a formal Christmas program with individual participation. Thanks to all who donated to our Annual Christmas offering. We were able to provide a meal, toys, and clothing for one family. Praise be to God that He continues to provide for our every need and equips us with everything we need to help others.
