Chesterland Community Seventh-Day Adventist Friendship is following the lead of health officials and local government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Beginning this Sabbath, November 28th, 2020, all public in-person gatherings of church members and guests are temporarily suspended "until further notice" which includes worship and other activities. The safety and well-being of our church members and guests is always our utmost concern. The church has suspended in-person gatherings but will stream Sabbath services which include 9 am Sabbath school and 11 am worship service. We ask that you keep those who are suffering from this terrible virus in your prayers. May God continue to watch over our church members and their families and grant healing to all victims of COVID-19.
Please continue to check your email for the weekly bulletin. It is also available on the church website: /home-bb/weekly-bulletin/
HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will not be a formal Christmas program with individual participation. We will continue this year’s annual Christmas offering through community outreach. We will reach out and help one family in the community by providing Christmas items which include meals, toys, and clothing. All financial donations will be used to accomplish this – you can continue to give online through our website. /giving/ Thank You!

THIS WEEK'S ADULT SABBATH SCHOOL - "The Church and Education" “Nor did we seek glory from men, either from you or from others, when we might have made demands as apostles of Christ. But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children. So, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God, but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us” (1 Thessalonians 2:6–8, NKJV).
